Description

We are working with a leading global blockchain firm looking to hire a Quantitative Trader to join its Delta One liquidity team.

This is a hands-on systematic trading role covering crypto spot, swaps and futures , with responsibility for developing and improving market-making and arbitrage strategies.

What you'll be doing:

• Market making across crypto spot, swaps and futures

• Develop and manage systematic strategies, including CEX/DEX arbitrage

• Research alpha signals and backtest new trading ideas

• Work closely with quantitative developers to improve trading and risk infrastructure

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience in systematic trading / market making

• Strong understanding of Delta One products; crypto experience highly preferred

• Programming skills in Python, Java, Rust or C++

• Strong quantitative and analytical background

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required
