Key Responsibilities

• Manage and trade a European single stock options book across multiple exchanges
• Develop, implement, and refine trading strategies through data-driven analysis
• Execute disciplined risk management in line with regulatory and internal frameworks
• Collaborate with quant developers and analysts to enhance pricing models and execution
• Improve trading performance through a combination of systematic approaches and market expertise
• Contribute to the development and scaling of the options trading desk

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' experience trading European single stock options in a market-making capacity
• Demonstrated track record of consistent P&L generation and market share growth
• Strong understanding of European equity options market structure
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience or interest in systematic and automated trading strategies
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Programming experience (Python, C++, or similar) is advantageous
