Our client, a well-established global investment management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an interest in financial markets and investment products to gain exposure across multiple asset classes while supporting business development and client servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate, develop and deliver high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client enquiries.
2. Partner with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Legal, Compliance and other business functions to source and refine content.
3. Manage proposal timelines, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
4. Maintain and update proposal databases and content repositories to ensure information remains current and consistent.
5. Review and edit proposal materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
6. Monitor proposal activity and support reporting and continuous process improvements.
7. Develop a strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and industry developments.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
2. Upto 10 years of experience in proposals, marketing, client services, investment management, financial services, or a related field.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
