Become a pivotal leader at the forefront of revolutionizing payment operations, where your expertise will help drive efficiency across our financial systems.As a Payment Lifecycle Associate II within Payments Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our payment operations framework by streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, and developing operational functions. You will manage payment processing across various products, ensuring smooth fund transfers and reconciling purchase and sales options, futures, or securities, while leveraging your proficiency in automation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud awareness to ensure security and efficiency. Your ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and handle conflicts will drive mutually beneficial outcomes, and your strategic planning skills will guide our direction and resource allocation decisions. Additionally, your proficiency in AI/ML will be utilized to solve complex problems and enhance processes, applying your knowledge in market product and process improvement to optimize our operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain complete and quality firmwide nostro repository. Carry out associated processes to ensure data quality of the account records within Atlas are up to standards.
- Assist in implementing data solutions and processes that drive automation and unlock the value of registry and reference data for stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data, analytics, and visualization capabilities, helping to advance the key operational and risk objectives of the Registry Service.
- Help integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility within the Atlas platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and finance to deliver data products and solutions.
- Diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions while balancing client/ stakeholder impact, operational processes and risks.
- Demonstrate ability to anticipate client needs, prioritize outcomes, and deliver a consistently high-quality service experience.
- Adhere to data governance, permissions, and compliance standards to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
- Identify and help resolve data-related issues, optimizing data structures and processes for improved performance and reliability.
- Support the adoption of modern technologies and best practices in data management, analytics, and visualization within the Atlas Operations team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to source, analyze, and visualize data sets for actionable outcomes.

- Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions and insights for stakeholders.
- Adept in quickly assessing severity, client impact, and urgency to determine when and how to escalate.
- Project Management - execution-focused and risk-aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with data and analytics platforms (such as Alteryx/ Tableau/ Pega/ UI Path/ QlikSense/ Instabase/ DataBricks or equivalent)
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in financial services or similar regulated industries.
- Experience in SQL, DB Management, reference data, finance, or operations environments.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, or integrating data solutions into business applications.
