• Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process for B2B clients (EAMs, family offices, Type 1/9 licensees), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related issues promptly.
• Providing regular updates to clients about the status of their onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate records of client onboarding activities in the internal system.
• Ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
• Collaborating with the WealthTech team to improve onboarding workflows and user experience.
• Delivering high-quality support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey.

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within client onboarding or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of AML and KYC compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using onboarding systems and tools, with a tech-savvy mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
