Position Description

This is a permanent position in CITIC Securities Asset Management (HK) Limited's Product Development team responsible for authorized fund/ private fund set up. This position will be located in Hong Kong.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Junior member of the AM Product Development team, supporting existing team members in development of public and private funds.
2. Candidates with experience in tokenization and ETFs will be given preference.
3. Platform development and project management
4. Product and transaction documentation and execution
5. Business risk management
6. Delivering operational and execution excellence
7. Working with sales teams to identify high potential projects, prioritizing workflow and setting product pipeline
8. Meeting clients in junior product specialist capacity to explain products and portfolio objective

Requirements

1. 3-5 years experience in product development & management in an asset management firm.
2. Excellent analytical and research skills and evidence of a solutions mind-set
3. Able to demonstrate energy, work ethic and suitability to drive results
4. Post-graduate education with first class finance academics
5. Knowledge of investing in Asia Pacific markets, especially cross-border investment access to PRC markets is a strong advantage
6. Fluent Mandarin and English language skills mandatory
