1. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding assets under management (AUM)
2. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors
3. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to mandate closure
4. Deliver compelling pitches and present tailored investment solutions to clients
5. Initiate and support marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of diverse asset classes and market trends
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
2. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial institutions
3. Strong understanding of institutional investor needs and investment solutions
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
