Description
Vice President - Asset ManagementA prominent investment organisation in the region is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to oversee and optimise the performance of its expanding hospitality real estate portfolio. This is a mid-level position suited to someone with deep commercial understanding of hotel operations, value creation strategies, and asset-level performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive asset-level strategy to maximise income, improve operational efficiency and protect long-term value.
- Oversee the performance of a diversified hospitality portfolio, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use properties.
- Lead quarterly and annual asset reviews, challenging operators and implementing operational improvements.
- Manage relationships with international hotel brands and operating partners, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on performance targets.
- Develop and monitor financial models, budgets, KPIs, and capex plans.
- Provide insight and recommendations on renovation projects, repositioning opportunities, and brand selection.
- Collaborate closely with investment, finance, and development teams on underwriting, acquisitions, and disposal decisions.
- Present asset performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, advisory, or investment roles.
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L, financial modelling, operator agreements, and industry KPIs (RevPAR, NOI, GOP, etc.).
- Proven track record of driving value, improving performance, and influencing operator outcomes.
