We are currently partnering with an investment firm that is seeking a Trader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Execute L/S equities, futures, and options across Pan‑Asia with high accuracy, strong execution quality, and minimal market impact, while ensuring proper trade capture and full lifecycle management.
• Work closely with portfolio managers to adjust execution strategies based on real‑time market conditions, and maintain strong relationships with regional sell‑side desks.
• Support reconciliation, settlement, and post‑trade processes, contributing to workflow enhancements and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience executing equities and derivatives; prior buy‑side, hedge fund, or institutional experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of Asian market microstructure and liquidity.
• Familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms and electronic trading tools, coupled with strong attention to detail, robust risk awareness, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and fluency in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage).
