Your new role
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a diverse portfolio of family and business clients, delivering high-quality tax, compliance and advisory services. You'll play a key role in interpreting financial information, uncovering insights and providing guidance that supports each client's unique goals.Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships built on trust and long-term partnership
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
• Providing tax planning and business advisory services
• Analysing financial performance and communicating meaningful insights
• Reviewing work of junior team members and offering mentorship
• Working collaboratively across advisory, financial planning and superannuation services

What you'll need to succeed
You will thrive in this role if you are:

• A qualified Accountant (CA or CPA)
• Experienced in public practice, ideally 4+ years
• Skilled in taxation, business advisory and financial analysis
• Curious and analytical-driven to ask "why?" and look beyond the numbers
• An exceptional communicator who can explain financial concepts clearly
• Focused on building strong, long-term client relationships
• Supportive, collaborative and committed to professional excellence
