Job Description

As a Finance & Admin Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions within the accounting department.
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing forecasts to support business decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Admin Director should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Family Office or Asset Management firm experience is highly preferred
• Good Mandarin and English are highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial insights clearly
