Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with institutional and retail clients, focusing on ETF products.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and investment teams to deliver effective client solutions.

• Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and maintaining long-term trust.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new sales channels and opportunities in the Japanese market.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the financial industry.
• Proven experience in corporate or retail sales within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and client engagement skills.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native (required for client interaction and local business development).
• English: Intermediate to business level (for coordination with overseas teams).

• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CMA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and client relationship management.
