We are partnering with a leading global diversified organisation to appoint a Enterprise Risk Manager. This pivotal role will be instrumental in strengthening enterprise-wide risk management, shaping risk and business strategy, and driving continuous operational improvement across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design, implementation, and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and roadmap across the Group, ensuring robust governance and internal controls.
• Regularly review and refine the organisation's risk appetite and tolerance levels, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise and project-level risks that may impact strategic growth and long-term value creation.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for key projects, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and risk control.

Requirements:

• Minimally Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; relevant professional certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in risk functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and investment evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
