Role Overview

Our client is a global asset management firm based in US. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with distribution, sales, and marketing regulations across APAC. Works independently on most tasks and supports internal teams with compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and surveys.
• Draft and improve compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams.
• Participate in projects and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
