We're looking for someone who will:
• deliver timely and accurate validation, rendering, and distribution of client reports and data extracts,
• support innovation by challenging current practices and helping build a scalable, client-focused reporting model,
• collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery,
• contribute to daily operations and assist with escalations in client reporting matters,
• embody the UBS House View on Leadership through ownership and accountability in your work.
Your team
You'll be working in the UBS Asset Management Client Reporting team in Kraków, providing reporting services to our clients. You will report to the global Head Client Reporting.
The team is part of a globally organized UBS Asset Management Performance & Reporting team with presence in Wrocław, Kraków, Zurich, London, Milan, Chicago, Singapore and Tokyo. We work in close conjunction with all areas of Asset Management, including Client Coverage, Marketing, Investments, Products, Technology and IT, as well as many different teams within Operations area.
Your expertise
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in Asset Management, Reporting, Accounting, Operations, Client Servicing, or related fields,
• University degree or certifications in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or similar disciplines - a strong advantage,
• solid understanding of client reporting processes, tools, and workflows,
• general understanding of capital markets and investment principles
• strong technical aptitude and comfort working with data,
• fluency in English,
• CFA designation or actively working toward CFA certification is considered a strong asset.
