Our client is an Asia based Asset Manager who is looking for an alrounded business manager with business operations and HR experience, reporting to the Global COO.
Responsibilities

• Oversight, monitoring and assessment of external providers/ vendors and outsourcing
• Development of company policies and manuals
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and health and safety requirements
• Adhoc project management

• Overseeing the day to day administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the firm globally.
• Management of Human Resources; including payroll and compensation and benefits.
• Experience with appraisals, onboarding and recruitment

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience working within financial services in Hong Kong, as a business manager, chief of staff or HR generalist, with an interest in a broader operational role. This is a "hands on", varied role. Fluent English and Cantonese are imperative for this position. Candidates will Korean language skills would be well viewed.
