Your new role

• Act as a specialist in product compliance to discharge compliance functions related to asset management in particular to authorized funds including ETF and Virtual Assets related fund
• Manage and provide compliance advice on trading, investment and regulatory compliance related assignment and issues
• Conduct daily monitoring of ETF activities to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Assist in drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and disclosures relating to ETFs
• Liaise with regulators, custodians, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Support audits and regulatory inspections related to ETF operations
• Monitor ongoing regulatory developments and assess their implications

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, or a related discipline
• Welcome candidates with 2-6 years of experience in compliance within asset management or securities firms, preferably with ETF exposure
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing ETFs in Hong Kong and major global markets
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
