The firm invests across asset classes, geographies and the capital structure, with a track record spanning multiple asset classes. The Opportunity As part of continued growth across Europe, the firm is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Asset Management Analyst to join its London-based team. This is a technically demanding, transaction-oriented role, comparable in complexity and pace to acquisitions, offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of real estate investment strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing business plans for corporate and direct real estate investments across Europe, encompassing active asset management, (re)development, financing and disposal strategies. The team operates in a flat, entrepreneurial environment where analysts are expected to contribute to investment decisions and strategic initiatives from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Support senior asset managers in setting and executing strategic business plans across diverse European real estate investments.
• Lead detailed financial analysis and maintain complex financial models for ongoing performance monitoring and scenario testing.
• Actively participate in portfolio and single-asset transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, developments, and disposals.
• Drive value creation through leasing initiatives, capex programs, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with operating partners, lenders, and advisers across legal, tax, and capital markets disciplines.
• Prepare investment materials and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support major corporate and portfolio-level transactions, including joint ventures, restructurings, and platform disposals.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills; mastery of Excel required.
• Prior experience with a top-tier real estate private equity firm, investment manager, investment bank, or advisory platform.
• Understanding of European real estate markets.
