Our client is a discreet, low-profile family currently seeking a trustworthy professional to take on a one-man-band accounting and administrative role within their family office.

Your new role

• Handle full-set accounts for Hong Kong and BVI entities, including GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
• Review data entries prepared by the China support team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and financial statements
• Work with tax advisors on local tax filings

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Exposure to BVI/offshore companies a plus
• Hands-on, independent, and highly trustworthy with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a small office with broad responsibilities
